From the front office , x-rays and molds of my teeth everyone was caring concerned and made a point to explain any and all procedures beforen and while they were working on my teeth.
Offices are clean and up-to-date technology.
There is a good experience, the technitians are very friendly.

the staff, dental hygenist, and dentist were very courtesy and friendly. I arrived on time for my appointment and was called from the waiting room right away. I felt that my treatment and services were explained to me very well and I appreciate that I was advised of my out of pocket expenses in advance of receiving the services. Hi! Long story fairly short! Approximately 3-4 years ago, I had a "crown" placed over a tooth by a Carlsbad dentist. The crown became loose, and in the process of removing it, the technician broke my molar off clean at the gum line. They then wanted $4500.00 to fix the problem. Two subsequent dental visits to other dentists and I was told the tooth could only be removed. I had it filled and ignored it, upset by the circumstances. Recently, I visited Soft Touch Dental Spa in Clairemont. Dr. Fakhimi calmly looked over my teeth and to my surprise proclaimed, "I can fix this!" It is a beautiful tooth he anchored in place and I would like to commend his skill, professionalism and knowledge. Dear Dr. Fakhimi, It is possible in life to meet a person who is the ultimate master of a skill.You are the "ULTIMATE MASTER" in dentistry. You were given a great gift. Thank you for all your hard work. I am extremely blessed. You've also been very kind and thoughtful. You really made a difference in my life. they've done it again! Dr Ali saved me again for the second time. i had veneers from a long time ago and 2 of them fell off when i was eating sandwich, i called them and katelyn made me an appt right away. dr ali worked on me and took all the worries from me, that i would have horrible smile on christmas day. i really appreciate you guys. soft touch dental is really the best.

A very nice visit today. One of the assistants got me in faster than I expected. I could tell that they a lot better than my first time. Dr Ali is and as always very efficient. All my family goes to his office.

Going to the dentist has always been my cryptonite. I have complete panic attacks every time I go to a dentist. The first time I went to Soft Touch, I was immediately put at ease. The staff were SUPER nice and caring and didn't look at me as a total wimp. The dentist took time to talk to me and explained everything before he did it. They do sedation dentistry and I highly recommend it to the fearful people out there like myself.

It's my first visit today. So far so good. Dr Ali showed me everything that I needed to fix my smile. He explained to me the treatment that I needed the most. The best part that I noticed in this office is that they didn't push me to do any treatment. They made me make my decision. Unlike other offices, they make you feel like you are in bad shape just for you to accept the treatment. So far, I am very happy coming here.
Very fast. I didnt have to wait and Dr Ali is really awesome. He took care of my father?s root canal and crown same day we went for emergency appointment.

I first went to Soft Touch Dental about two years ago and have been back several times since. I have never had to have any major dental work done to my mouth until recently. There is only one doctor at this facility and he was very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. My husband just went there for the first time this week and he hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS! I think we both agree it wasn't that bad. Very comfortable and fast.

I recommend Dr. Fakhimi and his Staff at Soft Touch Dental Spa. I signed up with a discount dental program and they are on the recommended list. The front office took care of the paperwork, called me prior to my appointment and answered my questions. The office is comfortable and everyone on the staff knows their responsibilities, is concerned about my needs, friendly and respects my time with them. I had a crown and cleaning so far and I am satisfied with the process and results. I'll stay with them. I have been going to Soft Touch Dental for a couple of years now and I love it there. Hardly any wait and the staff is always friendly. Dr. Fakhimi is super nice and does a great job on deep cleaning, zoom whiting, exams, etc. My husband goes there too.
i went in for a consultation for veneers. dr. fakhimi was very informative and showed my teeth with an intraoral camera and went over my options. The prices were much lower than anywhere else i had gone. I could not believe the results after only two appointments. My veneers look so natural at the same time changed my entire smile. Thank you for building up my self confidence dr fakhimi. I highly recomment dr fakhimi and his great staff.
